As a psychotherapist I provide a comfortable, welcoming environment where we can work together to help you find the language and tools to work through the challenges in your life. My approach to therapy is collaborative, designed to work with you to remove the barriers and reconnect to yourself.
You don't necessarily need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy—whatever challenges my clients are facing, I love helping them better understand those challenges and find resources within themselves they didn't know they had to work through them.
